Použití řízené hypotermie u pacientů po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci

Abstract

Léčebná hypotermie se považuje za standart v poresuscitační péči u nemocných po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci svým účinkem na snížení rozsahu mozkového postižení. Diplomová práce se zabývá rozdíly použití léčebné hypotermie mezi univerzitními a okresními nemocnicemi. Teoretická východiska poskytují přehled o fyziologii termoregulace, reakcí organismu na hypotermii, patofyziologii mozkové ischémie, řízené hypotermii a možných zpsob chlazení. Výzkumná část se věnuje zkoumání rozdílu použití řízené hypotermie mezi nemocnicemi.

Therapeutic hypothermia is considered standard of care in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation of their effect on reducing the volume of brain impairment. Diploma thesis deals with the differences in the use of therapeutic hypothermia among university and district hospitals. The theoretical data give an overview of the physiology of thermoregulation, the body reactions to hypothermia, the pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia, controlled hypothermia and possible methods of cooling. The research part is devoted to exploring the use of controlled hypothermia difference between hospitals.
