Alcuni aspetti della Trilogia della modernità di Italo Calvino

Abstract

Rigorózní práce se zabývá "moderní trilogií" Itala Calvina. V úvodní ásti práce je p iblížen život a dílo autora. V další kapitole je objasn n termín "moderní trilogie" a následn je podána charakteristika jednotlivých knih: La speculazione edilizia, La nuvola di smog a La giornata d'uno scrutatore, v etn jejich edi ní historie. St žejní ást práce je pak rozd lena podle nejd ležit jších tematických okruh na ty i oddíly: Il clima storico, culturale e politico dal 1953 al 1963 (Historické, kulturní a politické klima v letech 1953-1963), Il carattere autobiografico dei personaggi (Autobiografické rysy postav), "L'intellettuale-uomofanciullo" ("Intelektuál-muž-chlapec) a La realt che Calvino ha voluto rappresentare artisticamente (Realita, kterou cht l Calvino um lecky zobrazit). Rigorózní práce se snaží poukázat na souvislost mezi krizí, kterou prožíval v padesátých a po átkem šedesátých let autor a spolu s ním i další intelektuálové, a chováním a jednáním hlavních postav této trilogie. Zárove se snaží upozornit na jedine né a efektivn sugestivní ztvárn ní reality Itálie v tomto období.

The thesis deals with "the modern trilogy" of Italo Calvino. Facts about life and work of the writer are included in the beginning of the work. The term "modern trilogy" and the characterization of each of the books: La speculazione edilizia, La nuvola di smog e La giornata di uno scrutatore, included the history of the edition, are explained in the next chapter. The fundamental part of the work is devided according to the main themes in four parts: Il clima storico, culturale e politico dal 1953 al 1963 (The historical, political and cultural climate in the years 1953 - 1963), Il carattere autobiografico dei personaggi (The autobiographical nature of the characters), "L'intellettuale-uomo-fanciullo" ("The intellectual-manboy"), and La realt che Calvino ha voluto rappresentare artisticamente (The reality Calvino wanted to represent artistically). The thesis wants to point out the relation between the crisis that the author and many other intellectuals were living in during the 50's and 60's and the behaviour of the main characters of this trilogy. The thesis wants as well to pay attention to the unique and efficiently suggestive portrayal of the reality in Italy of these period.
