| dc.description.abstract | 2 Název: Vývoj teambuildingu v České republice Cíl práce: Popsat vývoj teambuildingu na českém území a navrhnout možný směr dalšího vývoje Metody: Elektronické dotazování, Interview s odborníkem, Zkoumání dokumentů Anotace: Kompletně zmapovat vývoj teambuildingu v naší republice, přes druhy programů z minulosti po současnost a poté odhadnout jeho další vývoj. Uvedené předpoklady vycházejí z interview s odborníkem a z odpovědí respondentů v dotaznících. Výsledky: Závěry a doporučení obecně využitelné pro organizace a firmy z oboru.
