Ideální a reálný učitel odborného předmětu z pohledu žáků středních škol a studentů vyšších a vysokých škol, vývoj preferencí

Abstract

Předkládaná práce Ideální a reálný učitel odborného předmětu z pohledu žáků středních škol a studentů vyšších a vysokých škol je zaměřena na zjištění názoru žáků středních zdravotnických škol a studentů vyšších a vysokých škol oboru ošetřovatelství na působení odborného učitele. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak si žáci a studenti představují ideálního učitele - jaké vlastnosti a dovednosti učitele oceňují, zda se preference sledovaných skupin liší a jak žáci a studenti hodnotí svého současného učitele v kontextu vytvořeného modelu ideálu. Teoretická část práce rekapituluje závěry z tématicky podobně zaměřených výzkumů. Na základě kvalitativní analýzy údajů z literatury jsou shrnuty a rámcově vyloženy klíčové pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu výzkumu: učitel, úloha učitele, žádoucí (ideální) vlastnosti učitele, učitel odborných předmětů, učitel ošetřovatelství, profesní příprava učitele, žák, student. Empirická část práce popisuje aplikovaný kvantitativní výzkum prováděný metodou nepřímého dotazování u 805 respondentů - žáků středních a studentů vyšších zdravotnických škol a vysokých škol oboru ošetřovatelství. The present research work Ideal and real teacher of special subject from the perspective of pupils of secondary schools and students of university focuses on finding the opinion of pupils of secondary nursing schools and students of higher nursing schools and universities on teachers of nursing. The main objective was to deterrnine how the pupils and students represent the ideal teacher, whether the ideas pursued by different groups and how pupils and students evaluate their current teachers in the context created by the ideal model. The theoretical part of the work summanzes conclusions from thematically similar studies. The key concepts which relate to the subject of the study, such as the teacher, the role ofthe teacher, desirable qualities ofthe teacher, the teacher oftechnical subjects, the teacher of nursing, a professional preparation of the teacher, the pupil, the student, are summarized and synoptically explained on the basis of a qualitative analysis of data from the literature.
