Využití fluoresceinu a terénních fluorimetrů umožňuje provádět stopovací zkoušky v různých prostředích. V této práci jsou představeny stopovací zkoušky v Teplických skalách, Pivnické rokli, Chýnovském krasu, Moravském krasu a v oblasti Vřídla v Karlových Varech a mapování krasu skupiny Branné. Práce přináší soubor kvantitativních parametrů z různých prostředí a ukazuje, že stejné stopovací zkoušky umožňují srovnatelné hodnocení proudění a zranitelnosti podzemních vod.
Quantitative tracer tests are used to characterize flow directions and velocities in karst conduits. The combination of fluorescein and field fluorimeters enables tracer testing in a wide range of environments. This thesis presents tracer tests carried out in the Teplice Rocks, the Pivnická rokle, the Chýnov Karst, the Moravian Karst, and the Vřídlo spring area in Karlovy Vary, together with karst mapping of the Branná Group karst. The resulting breakthrough curves indicate rapid advective flow in the sandstone conduits of the Teplice Rocks, slower flow in the pseudokarst conduit of the Pivnická rokle, extremely slow flow in the main conduit of the Chýnov Karst, and dual porosity in weathered granite in the Vřídlo area. Mapping of the Branná Group karst compares the current state of karst springs and swallow holes with their status in 2005; only about one third are active today compared to the past. The thesis provides a set of quantitative parameters from contrasting environments and demonstrates that the same tracer-test approach allows comparable assessments of groundwater flow and vulnerability.
