55 VII. Závěr Každodenně je z médií patrné, že zločin již dávno nerespektuje hranice jednotlivých států. Noviny i televize jsou plné zpráv reflektujících trestnou činnost, častokrát páchanou s palnou zbraní. Kriminalistická balistika je jako součást kriminalistické techniky významným nástrojem, který za pomoci dynamicky se rozvíjejících metod přispívá k odhalování a potlačování této trestné činnosti. Při boji s nadnárodním zločinem směřuje postupně i kriminalistická balistika k integraci v rámci Evropy i celosvětově. Dobrým důkazem toho je i vznik organizace ENFSI v roce 1995, a v její rámci působící pracovní skupina palných zbraní EWG Firearms, jejímž členem je od roku 1998 i Kriminalistický ústav Praha. Důsledkem toho je zlepšení komunikace mezi odborníky jednotlivých zemí, postupné sjednocování používaných metod a objektivizace výsledků zkoumání. Velký důraz je také kladen na kvalitu a odbornost práce a s tím související odbornou přípravu a zdokonalování expertů. Těmto cílům napomáhají i každoročně pořádaná mezinárodní sympozia a různé mezinárodné projekty. Ačkoli patří kriminalistická balistika mezi nejstarší obory kriminalistické techniky, nijak nezaostává a drží krok s technickým pokrokem doby. 57 VIII. Abstract Criminalistic ballistics This thesis is focused on the issues related to the criminalistic ballistics, which is closely associated with the criminal law. An introductory part of this work briefly describes the historical development of the subject. There are an early researchers mentioned along with their discoveries and their works. Following part attempt to describe the concept of term and subsequently explains its dividing into subdivisions. Each of these solves the different tasks and corresponds to the different questions. Commentary continues with an explanation what are the objects of criminalistic ballistics. Namely, the objects are the guns and their separable parts, ammunition and its segments, subjects affected by the bullets, gunshot residues and some other elements of the shooting. Next part is concerned with how ballistic marks are being created on the bullet and the cartridge case during the process of gunshot and how they are being searched and collected within the crime scene investigation. Ballistic proofs are specific by nature, hence the recognition should be adapted. Last section is crucial as well, and it contains particular methods of criminalistic ballistic investigation.
