Komunikace zpravodajského webu iRozhlas o tématu umělé inteligence v souvislosti s Aktem o umělé inteligenci v letech 2020-2025

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá téma umělé inteligence na zpravodajském webu iRozhlas v letech 2020-2025. Konkrétně se zabývá tím, jak je umělá inteligence prezentována v souvislosti s Aktem o umělé inteligenci, prvním evropským zákonem o umělé inteligenci. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje pojem umělá inteligence a následně ho představuje v legislativním a mediálním kontextu. V praktické části byly pomocí kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zkoumány zmínky o umělé inteligenci, které byly rozřazeny do tematických kategorií stanovených AI Aktem. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, o jakém rizikovém stupni zákona, tedy o jakých tematických rámcích, se na webu iRozhlas v letech 2020-2025 psalo nejvíce. Dále se analýza zaměřovala na vývoj mediálního pokrytí ve sledovaném období a také na to, do jakých rubrik články nejvíce spadaly. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejvíce zmínek o umělé inteligenci spadalo do kategorie omezeně rizikové AI (72 %) - zmínky se tedy nejvíce týkaly např. chatbotů, deepfakes atd. Dále následovaly zmínky o vysoce rizikové AI (24 %), nepřijatelně rizikové AI (3 %) a minimálně rizikové AI (1 %). Dále bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce zmínek o umělé inteligenci se na webu iRozhlas objevilo v roce 2023, dále v roce 2024. This bachelor thesis examines the topic of artificial intelligence on the news website iRozhlas in the years 2020-2025. Specifically, it looks at how artificial intelligence is presented in the context of the Artificial Intelligence Act, the first European law on artificial intelligence. The theoretical part first defines the term AI and then presents it in a legislative and media context. In the practical part, references to artificial intelligence were examined using quantitative content analysis and classified into thematic categories established by the AI Act. The aim of this Bachelor's thesis was to find out which risk level of the Act, i.e. which thematic frameworks, were mentioned the most on the iRozhlas website between 2020 and 2025. Furthermore, the analysis focused on the evolution of media coverage in the period under study and also on which sections the articles fell most under. The results show that the most mentions of AI fell into the category of limited risk AI (72 %) - so the mentions were mostly related to e.g. chatbots, deepfakes, etc. This was followed by mentions of high-risk AI (24 %), unacceptable risk AI (3 %) and minimal risk AI (1 %).
