Abstract

Očekávání sociálních pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany od vztahu se supervizorem. Rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na vztah mezi sociálním pracovníkem sociálně právní ochrany dětí a supervizorem v podmínkách oblasti sociální práce, sociálně právní ochrany dětí, v kontextu doporučení ve Standardu kvality 6d. Hlavním cílem je zmapování očekávání sociálního pracovníka sociálně právní ochrany ve vztahu se supervizorem. Dále se zabývá kritérii, která ovlivňují supervizní vztah z pohledu sociálních pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany. Dílčím cílem je analyzovat, jak očekávání determinují proces supervize ze strany sociálních pracovníka v kontextu Standardu 6d. V rámci empirického šetření byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Byla použita metoda tematické analýzy na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Tento přístup umožňuje hloubkové zkoumání zkušeností oslovených respondentů. Aplikačním cílem empirického šetření bylo zformulování doporučení pro realizaci supervize v rámci sociálně právní ochrany ve výběru supervizora a kooperace na supervizní zakázce. Získané informace mohou přispět k otevření odborné diskuse v tématu specializace supervizora v sociální práci, a to supervizor-sociální pracovník. Rigorous thesis focuses on the relationship between a social worker of social and legal protection of children and a supervisor in the conditions of the field of social work, social and legal protection of children, in the context of recommendations in Quality Standard 6d. The main goal is to map the expectations of a social worker of social and legal protection in the relationship with a supervisor. It also deals with the criteria that influence the supervisory relationship from the point of view of social workers of social and legal protection. A partial goal is to analyze how expectations determine the process of supervision by a social worker in the context of Standard 6d. A qualitative research strategy was chosen as part of the empirical investigation. The method of thematic analysis based on semi-structured interviews was used. This approach enables an in-depth examination of the experiences of the interviewed respondents.
