Novela zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí z pohledu pracovníků orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce s názvem Novela zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí z pohledu pracovníků orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí se zabývá problematikou sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v České republice, kdy v souvislosti s přijetím novely zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí účinné od 1. ledna 2013 došlo k řadě změn v činnosti orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a ve výkonu sociálně- právní ochrany dětí obecně. V diplomové práci jsou vysvětleny nejvýznamnější změny, které novelizace zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí přináší a stručně jsou v práci nastíněny také změny, které od 1. ledna 2014 přinese novelizace občanského zákoníku, který s problematikou sociálně-právní ochrany dětí úzce souvisí. Výzkumná část diplomové práce interpretuje stanoviska respondentů - profesionálů na přijaté změny, interpretuje jejich potřeby i stanoviska na vedení nadřízenými orgány a příklady dobré praxe ochrany v zahraničí. This thesis titled Amendment to the social-legal protection of children from the perspective of employees of social-legal protection deals with the social-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic, where in connection with the adoption of the amendment to the social-legal protection of children effective from 1st January 2013 saw a number of changes in the activities of the social-legal protection of children and the exercise of social-legal protection of children in general. In this thesis describes the most important changes that the Law on the social-legal protection of children and bring briefly outlined in this work also changes from 1st January 2014 will bring an amendment to the Civil Code, the issue of social-legal protection of children is closely related. The empirical part of the thesis interprets the opinion of respondents - professionals in the adopted amendments, interprets their needs and opinions of management on the governing bodies and the good social-legal protection abroad.
