Analýza zkušeností a potřeb neformálních pečujících a seniorů Diakonie Praha

Abstract

(česky) Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá analýzou potřeb a zkušeností seniorů a neformálních pečujících. Práce se zaměřuje na definici potřeb a jejich změny v průběhu pečování. Na potřeby navazuje téma poradenství pro neformální pečující a dalšími možnostmi jejich podpory. Empirická část se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení potřeb pečujících, jejichž senioři jsou klienti pečovatelské služby Diakonie Praha. Cílem výzkumu je zjištění, jak může pečovatelská služba Diakonie Praha reagovat na konkrétní požadavky pečujících.

The theoretical part of this Bachelor Thesis focuses on analysis of the needs and experiences of seniors and informal caregivers. The work focuses on the definition of needs and their changes during care. The needs are followed by the topic of counseling for informal caregivers and other options for their support. The empirical part focuses on evaluating the needs of caregivers, whose seniors are clients of Diakonie Praha's care service. The aim of the research is to find out how the Diakonie Praha care service can respond to the specific requirements of carers.
