Komentovaný překlad vybraných kapitol z knihy Varusschlacht (Günther Moosbauer, 2010)

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z překladu německého textu a odborného komentáře. U výchozího textu se jedná o čtyři kapitoly z knihy Die Varusschlacht, jejímž autorem je profesor Günther Moosbauer. Tématem této publikace je bitva v Teutoburském lese, kterou zkoumá za pomoci archeologických nálezů a dobových pramenů. Odborný komentář se skládá z překladatelské analýzy výchozího textu podle modelu Christiane Nordové, popisu použité metody překladu, jakožto i typologie překladatelských problémů a posunů významu.

This bachelor thesis consists of a translation of a German text and an expert commentary. The source text consists of four chapters from the book Die Varusschlacht, written by Prof. Günther Moosbauer. The subject of this publication is the Battle of Teutoburg Forest, which is explored using archaeological finds and contemporary sources. The expert commentary consists of a translation analysis of the source text according to the model of Christiane Nord, a description of the used translation method, as well as a typology of translation problems and shifts.
