Spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele na základní škole

Abstract

v českém jazyce Funkční spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele neslouží pouze pro kvalitní začleňování žáka se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami do procesu běžné školy, ale také k harmonickému fungování ve třídě. Tato diplomová práce si proto klade za cíl zjistit, jak na základních školách probíhá spolupráce mezi asistenty pedagoga a pedagogy, u kterých asistenti působí. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jak tyto spolupráce vnímá vedení škol a zda z jejich pohledu spolupráce na pracovišti funguje. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení asistenta pedagoga a jeho pracovní náplně. V této části je dále popsaná komunikace a vzájemná spolupráce asistenta pedagoga v rámci školy. Výzkumné šetření je navrženo jako kvantitativní studie. Respondenty výzkumu jsou asistenti pedagoga, učitelé, kteří s nimi spolupracují a ředitelé základních škol, na území okresu Benešov. Jako výzkumná metoda byly zvoleny tři dotazníky vlastní konstrukce. Výsledky šetření podaly ucelený obraz o spolupráci asistentů pedagoga s učiteli, na základních školách, na území okresu Benešov. V šetření vyšlo, že spolupráce mezi asistenty pedagoga a učiteli, je na těchto školách na poměrně kvalitní úrovni. Konflikty se ve většině případů objevovaly pouze výjimečně, nebo vůbec. in English The functional cooperation between the teaching assistant and the teacher serves not only for the high-quality integration of a student with special educational needs into the process of a regular school but also for harmonious functioning in the classroom. This diploma thesis therefore aims to find out how cooperation between teaching assistants and the teachers for whom the assistants work takes place in primary schools. A partial goal is to find out how school management perceives these collaborations and whether, from their point of view, collaboration in the workplace works. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of a teacher's assistant and his job content. This section further describes the communication and mutual cooperation of the teaching assistant within the school. The research investigation is designed as a quantitative study. The research respondents are teaching assistants, teachers who work with them and principals of primary schools in the Benešov district. Three self-constructed questionnaires were chosen as the research method.
