Název práce: Monitorování pohybových režimů studentů gymnázia Omská v Praze pomocí krokoměrů. Cíle práce: Zjistit stav pohybových režimů pomocí krokoměrů studentů gymnázia Omská. Úkoly diplomové práce: prostudování a výběr literatury - výběr vhodné metody zjišťování pohybových režimů manipulace s krokoměrem - vytyčení cílové skupiny - vlastní měření pomocí krokoměrů a doplňující šetření - statistické vyhodnocení nasbíraných dat konfrontace zjištěných dat s teorií Metody: Sledování pohybových režimů bylo realizováno pomocí krokoměrů Silva Pedometr plus. Podporou hlavní metody byla anketa s doplňujícími otázkami. Zjištěné informace utvářely přehled o tom, jakým pohybovým aktivitám se studenti věnují a o způsobu stravování. Výsledky: Získáná data potvrdila, že průměrná hodnota naměřených kroků za den studentů gymnázia Omská v Praze se pohybuje pod hranicí stanovené normy. Title: Monitoring Students' Physical Activity at Omska's Gymnasium. Purpose: Measure the physical activity level of students at Omska's Gymnasium to determine if the average student meets the prescribed physical standards. Tasks: study the literatura chaose appropriate measurement concepts for evaluating physical activity - take measurements using pedometers - define the research sample monitor through the use of pedometers and informal interviews perform statistical data analysis - compare and contrast the collected data against the theory Methods: The information collected, through the use of pedometers and supporting informal interviews, provided an overview of how students spend their free time and of their nutritional habits. Results: The results proved that the average value of the steps did not reach the prescribed standards. Keywords: physical activity, physical activity of children, prescribed limits, steps
