Rozdíly ve vybraných osobnostních charakteristikách mezi studujícími oboru zdravotnický záchranář a všeobecná sestra

Abstract

This work focuses on personality characteristics of students of general nursing and paramedic programs, its comparison and description of differences between them. The work briefly describes the history, obligatory education, and description of the job of general nurse and paramedic. The results of Big Five model are compared between general nurses, paramedics, and students of both programs. The research part maps personality characteristics of students of general nursing and paramedicine and describes the differences between them using the Big Five model, specifically version BFI-2. Significant difference was discovered between students in the dimension of negative emotionality (neuroticism). Students of the paramedicine program scored lower on average.

Tato práce se zabývá osobnostními charakteristikami studentek/studentů oboru zdravotnické záchranářství a všeobecná sestra a jejich vzájemným porovnáním. Práce stručně popisuje historii, potřebné vzdělání a náplň povolání všeobecných sester a zdravotnických záchranářů. Dále jsou popsány typické osobnosti obou profesí. Srovnány jsou také výsledky modelu Big Five mezi všeobecnými sestrami, zdravotnickými záchranáři a studentkami/studenty obou oborů. Výzkumná část mapuje charakteristiky studentek/studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství a zdravotnického záchranářství a popisuje rozdíly mezi nimi pomocí modelu Big Five, konkrétně verze BFI-2. Byl nalezen rozdíl mezi studentkami/studentky v dimenzi negativní emocionality (neuroticismu). Studující zdravotnického záchranářství průměrně dosahovali nižšího výsledku.
