Název práce: Základy statistiky Autor: Kateřina Sudková Katedra: Katedra didaktiky matematiky Vedoucí diplomové práce: RNDr. Jakub Staněk, Ph.D., Katedra didaktiky matematiky Abstrakt : Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře se základy statistiky. Text je tematicky rozdělen na dvě části. První část se věnuje statistice, která v českém vzdělávacím systému obsahově odpovídá úrovni učiva střední školy. Po vysvětlení základních pojmů jsou představeny možnosti prezentace dat - tabulka četností a grafické zpracování. Kapitola věnovaná grafickému zpracování dat je zakončena poukázáním na nejčastější chyby při jejich tvorbě a na zneužití při manipulaci s daty. Dále je věnován prostor charakteristikám polohy a variability. V závěru první části je vysvětlena korelace a popsán rozdíl mezi ní a kauzalitou. Hlavní přínos první části spočívá v didaktickém pojetí. Převážná část statistických pojmů je demonstrována na jedné sadě dat, což může čtenáři pomoci se lépe zorientovat v začátcích studia statistiky. Druhá část se zabývá souvislostmi mezi statistikou na úrovni střední a vysoké školy. Po zavedení základních pojmů matematické statistiky je ukázáno, jak lze histogram četností využít pro odhad grafu hustoty náhodné veličiny a histogram kumulativních četností pro odhad grafu distribuční funkce. The text is divided into two parts thematically. Part 1 deals with statistics which is, according to the Czech educational system, included in the curriculum of secondary schools. This part introduces basic terminology as well as the possibilities of data presentation - table of frequencies and graphic representation. The chapter on graphic representation concludes with the most common mistakes occurring during this process and shows the possible abuse of data manipulation. The next topic presented is the characteristics of position and variability. At the end of Part 1, the term correlation is defined and, subsequently, the difference between correlation and causality is explained. The main contribution of Part 1is in its didactic approach. The majority of statistical terms is presented on a single set of data, which can help the reader to be more easily oriented when he or she begins to study statistics.
