Volný čas a vzdělávací aktivity v domovech pro seniory na maloměstě

Abstract

3 Abstrakt Cílem diplomové práce bude analyzovat volnočasové a vzdělávací aktivity v domovech pro seniory na maloměstě. V práci bude představena problematika stáří z hlediska biologických, sociálních i psychických aspektů, spolu s volnočasovými aktivitami a motivací ke vzdělávání seniorů. V práci bude dále vymezeno základní rozdělení pobytových zařízení pro seniory a možnosti vzdělávacích aktivit v těchto zařízení na maloměstě. Cílem empirického kvalitativního šetření bude zjistit konkrétní možnosti a míru spokojenosti seniorů s nabídkou volnočasových a vzdělávacích aktivit v domovech pro seniory na maloměstě. Šetření bude realizované za pomoci strukturovaných rozhovorů se seniory, zaměstnanci i s vedením dvou různých domovů a bude zjišťovat možnosti a míru spokojenosti s volnočasovými a vzdělávacími aktivitami. 4 Abstract The aim of the diploma thesis will be to analyze leisure and educational activities in homes for the elderly in a small town. The work will introduce the issue of old age in terms of biological, social and psychological aspects, along with leisure activities and motivation to educate seniors. The work will further define the basic division of residential facilities for the elderly and the possibilities of educational activities in these facilities in a small town. The aim of the empirical qualitative survey will be to find out the specific possibilities and the degree of satisfaction of seniors with the offer of leisure and educational activities in homes for the elderly in a small town. The survey will be carried out with the help of structured interviews with seniors, employees and with the management of two different homes and will find out the possibilities and the degree of satisfaction with leisure and educational activities.
