Edukce dospělých v pojetí polských andragogů

Abstract

Disertační práce pod názvem "Edukace dospělých v pojetí polských andragogů" (Education of Adults: Approach of Polish Andragogues) přibližuje problematiku vývoje edukace dospělých na příkladu jedné ze sousedících zemí s Českou republikou - Polsku. Těžiště práce spočívá v prezentaci teoretických poznatků z oblasti vzdělávání dospělých v historickém vývojovém sledu událostí v období XIX.-XXI. století. Prostřednictvím interpretací názorů a představ o edukaci dospělých dobovými osvětovými pracovníky - průkopníky polské andragogiky - dává předložená práce příležitost k seznámení se s řadou osobností v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých. Je to bohatý a přínosný zdroj informací o jejich vlivu na vznik a rozvoj základů andragogiky, jejich vkladu při tvorbě a řízení osvětových institucí, teoretické a vědecké činnosti, budování tradic přetrvávajících dodnes. Součástí práce jsou rovněž přílohy, přibližující přehledný systém edukace v Polsku, udílené odborné a vysokoškolské tituly a vědecké hodnosti, anotace vybraných periodik a andragogických nakladatelství, úplný jmenný seznam vydaných titulů (1994-2006) edice Knihovna edukace dospělých a jsou uvedena Sdružení polských osvětových pracovníků a Sdružení polských osvětářů. The dissertation work called Education of Adults: Approach of Polish Andragogues, presents the problems of development of the adults education. Those are shown on the example of a country bordering on the Czech Republic - Poland. The work focuses our attention to presentation of theoretical knowledge from the sphere of the education of adults during historical events in 19th & 21th century. By means of the interpretation of views and ideas of education of adults given by pioneers of Polish andragogy, the work makes meeting a number of big names in this field possible. It is a rich and valuable source of information and their influence on the formation and development of the basis of andragogy. Also their participation in establishing and governing public education institutions, theoretical and scientific activities, building traditions have continued up to the present. A part of the work are supplements showing a clearly arranged system of education in Poland. Here we can also find university degrees, annotations of chosen periodicals, a complete list of names of edited titles (1994 - 2006) of the edition Library of Education of Adults.
