Poruchy příjmu potravy a jejich dopad na fungování rodiny

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of how an individual with an eating disorder changes the functioning of the family with a focus on the relationship with parents, but also with potential siblings. It also focuses on how the family perceives this disorder in its family member. The work summarizes the knowledge about the issue of eating disorders in the context of coexistence of the whole family. The work describes the relationships in the family with a person suffering from an eating disorder, family activities and their changes in relation to the disease. Recommendations are also made on how to work with the family in which the disorder occurred. The aim of the research proposal is to find out the differences between the view of fathers and mothers on the functioning of the family, life satisfaction, their approach and relationship to a child with an eating disorder in the Czech environment. The research proposal is of a qualitative nature, although it combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The family environment and relationships will be determined in the form of the PACHIQ - R (Parent- Child Interaction Questionnaire) and the Czech version of the Family Environment Scale. Práce se věnuje tématu, jak jedinec s poruchou příjmu potravy mění fungování rodiny se zaměřením na vztah k rodičům, ale také k případným sourozencům. Zabývá se také tím, jak rodina vnímá tuto poruchu u svého rodinného příslušníka. Práce shrnuje poznatky ohledně problematiky poruch příjmu potravy v kontextu soužití celé rodiny. V práci jsou popsány vztahy v rodině vůči osobě trpící poruchou příjmu potravy, rodinné činnosti a jejich proměny ve vztahu k nemoci. Zmíněno je rovněž doporučení, jak pracovat s rodinou, ve které se tato porucha vyskytla. Cílem výzkumného návrhu je zjistit rozdíly mezi náhledem otců a matek na fungování rodiny, životní spokojenosti, jejich přístupu a vztahu k dítěti s poruchou příjmu potravy v českém prostředí. Návrh výzkumu je kvalitativního charakteru, ačkoli kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody. Rodinné prostředí a vztahy budou zjišťovány formou dotazníku PACHIQ-R (Parent-Child Interaction Questionnaire) a ŠRP (Škála rodinného prostředí). V kvalitativní části šetření je navržena forma polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. V praxi by mohly tyto informace znamenat větší posun v péči o celou rodinu nemocného.
