Abstract

Vyšetřování ve vazebních věznicích Státní bezpečnosti v letech 1948 - 1953 Abstrakt Předmětem pozornosti této rigorózní práce je průběh vyšetřování a výkonu vazby v případech náležejících do kompetence Státní bezpečnosti v letech 1948-1953. Je představen přehled základních přepisů v této oblasti se zaměřením na pole působnosti Státní bezpečnosti a prokuratury. Je nastíněn vývoj těchto institucí za uvedené období. Práce se také zabývá problematikou věznic, ve kterých byla vyšetřovací vazba u StB vykonávána. Záměrem této práce je poskytnout čtenářům pohled na průběh vazby jednak z hlediska probíhajícího přípravného řízení trestního, ale také ze strany prostředí vazebních věznic Státní bezpečnosti. Práce se skládá z devíti částí. První část práce se zabývá problematikou politických procesů obecně a postavením a činností prokuratury a soudů v období let 1948-1953. Druhá část analyzuje postavení a vývoj Státní bezpečnosti jakožto složky, jejíž činnost měla na výsledek politických procesů zásadní význam. Je popisována cesta Státní bezpečnosti k moci, vysvětleno její postavení a struktura a zmíněni nejznámější představitelé. Část třetí se zaměřuje na analýzu dobové legislativy v oblasti trestní práva se zaměřením na průběh přípravného řízení a předpisy vztahující se k režimu ve vazebních věznicích. Čtvrtá část...

1 The investigation in the State Security custody in the period 1948 - 1953 Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the process of the investigation and the custody in the State Security (the Secret Policy of the Czechoslovakia) remand prisons in the period 1948-1953. It is introduced the overview of the legal order in this area, focused on the field of competence of the State Security and the Public Prosecutor's Office. It is outlined the evolution of these institutions in the period 1948 1953. This thesis deals with the issue of the prisons in which the State security custody was executed. The main aim of the thesis is to provide the readers with the view on the course of State security custody from the perspektive of the pretrial proceedings concurrently with the view from the State Security prisons enviroment. The thesis comprises of nine Chapters. Chapter One deals with the phenomenon of the political trials (also known as the show trials) in general and analyzes the activity and the competence of the Public Prosecutor's Offices and The Courts in the period 1948-1953.
