Inkluze dětí s tělesným postižením v mateřské škole

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of inclusion of children with physical disabilities in pre- primary education. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of the development and current state of common education of children in pre-primary facilities. The legislative framework for education of children with physical disabilities in the Czech Republic is analyzed. The specifics of education of children with physical disabilities and possibilities of their support in kindergarten are outlined. Attention is also paid to the requirements for the personality of a teacher or pedagogical assistant in an inclusive environment in interaction with children with physical disabilities. In the practical part, the methodological basis of empirical research is first defined, which consisted in processing a number of case studies of children with physical disabilities, which were included in pre-primary education in mainstream nursery schools. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with nursery school teachers and analysis of school documents and other documentation for individual children. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou inkluze dětí s tělesným postižením do předškolního vzdělávání. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o vývoji a současném stavu společného vzdělávání dětí v předškolních zařízeních. Je analyzován legislativní rámec pro vzdělávání dětí s tělesným postižením v České republice. Jsou nastíněna specifika vzdělávání dětí s tělesným postižením a možnosti jejich podpory v mateřské škole. Pozornost je věnována i požadavkům na osobnost pedagoga či asistenta pedagoga v inkluzivním prostředí v interakci s dětmi s tělesným postižením. V praktické části je nejprve vymezen metodologický základ empirického šetření, které spočívalo ve zpracování řady případových studií dětí s tělesným postižením, které byly inkludovány do předškolního vzdělávání v mateřských školách hlavního vzdělávacího proudu. Data byla sbírána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogy mateřských škol a analýzou školních dokumentů a další dokumentace k jednotlivým dětem. Pro analýzu dat byly vytvořeny kategorie, které byly následně vyhodnoceny. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly, že inkluze dětí s tělesným postižením byla ve zkoumaných MŠ z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků na kvalitní úrovni a připomínky jsou směřovány spíše k méně podstatným prvkům.
