Zajištění hygienické péče o dutinu ústní u hospitalizovaných pacientů s deficitem soběstačnosti

Abstract

Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat péči o dutinu ústní u hospitalizovaných pacientů s deficitem sebepéče. Teoretická část se věnuje potřebám nemocného ve vztahu k ústní hygieně a postupu provedení dentální hygieny ve zdravotnickém zařízení Výzkumná část je zaměřeno na pacienta, jeho potřeby a subjektivní vnímání péče o hygienu dutiny ústní během hospitalizace a na proces provedení ústní hygieny na sledovaných odděleních..Jedná se o prvotní zpracování tohoto tématu.

This thesis describes management of oral hygiene in the group of patients with deficit of self-care. In the theoretical part there is an attention payed to patient's needs in the area of oral/dental hygienic care and procedures of implementation of dental and hygienic care in hospitals. Research is oriented on patients and their experiences with oral hygiene and dental care in course of the hospitalization.This research study is a primary elaboration of this subjekt in the Czech Republic.
