Problematika pracovní spokojenosti sester v nemocničním prostředí

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navázat na šetření pracovní spokojenosti ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole a zmapovat subjektivní spojenost zdravotních sester u vybraných aspektů, souvisejících s pracovní činností. Teoretická část nahlíží na spokojenost z některých oblastí života člověka. Výzkumná část směřuje k cíli této práce ověřením hypotéz ve Fakultních nemocnicích v České republice a jedné nemocnici ve Velké Británii.

The aim of this thesis is to continue with the survey of occupational satisfaction done in the Faculty Hospital in Motol and to map subjective satisfaction of nurses as far as the selected aspects related to professional performance are concerned. The theoretical part deals with the satiscfaction with certain areas of people`s lives. The research part heads towards the goal of this thesis by verifying certain assumptions in faculty hospitals in the Czech Republic and in a hospital in Great Britain.
