Komparace legislativního postavení a činnosti Parlamentu České republiky a Ruské Federace v současné době

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the position and activities of the highest legislative bodies in the present Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. Identifies the common characteristics and differences of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the basis of an analysis of functions, structure of bodies and legislative process.

Anotace: Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací postavení a činnosti nejvyšších legislativních orgánů v současné České republice a Ruské federaci. Zjišťuje společné znaky a rozdíly Parlamentu České republiky a Federálního shromáždění Ruské federace na základě analýzy funkcí, struktury orgánů a legislativního procesu.
