Autobiografická paměť u osob s depresivní poruchou

Abstract

V práci jsou vymezeny koncepty autobiografické paměti a depresivní poruchy. Autobiografická paměť obsahuje vzpomínky na zážitky z vlastního života. Depresivní porucha je charakterizovaná opakovanými fázemi deprese, při kterých je typické, že osoba má zhoršenou náladu‚ sníženou energii a fyzickou i mentální aktivitu. Termín autobiografické paměti je dále vymezen proti ostatním typům paměti, zařazen do všeobecných teorií paměti a vysvětlen i z neurobiologického hlediska. Dále je definována depresivní porucha a jsou popsány její symptomy, prevalence a etiologie, na což navazuje téma vztahu deprese s pamětí obecně. Nakonec jsou propojeny oba předchozí koncepty - jsou popsána specifika autobiografické paměti u osob s depresivní poruchou (opět i z neurobiologického pohledu) a na to je logicky navázáno možným využitím těchto poznatků v psychoterapii. V empirické části je navržena kvantitativní výzkumná strategie k zjišťování charakteristik autobiografické paměti osob s depresivní poruchou pomocí Testu autobiografické paměti (AMT) a Beckovy škály depresivity pro dospělé (BDI - II). Respondenty bude tvořit soubor pacientů léčených pro depresivní poruchu diagnostikovanou na základě psychiatrického vyšetření a následně bude vytvořena srovnávací skupina zdravých jedinců. In this paper, concepts of autobiographical memory and Major depressive disorder are defined. Autobiographical memory contains memories of one's own life. Major depressive disorder is characterized by recurring depressive episodes, typically accompanied by deteriorative mood, reduced energy level and both physical and mental activity. Then the term autobiographical memory is distinguished from other types of memory, classified in general theories of memory and explained from neurobiological point of view. Furthermore, the Major depressive disorder is defined with its symptoms, prevalence and etiology continuing with the topic of the relationship between depression and memory in general. In the end, both previous concepts are linked - the specifics of autobiographical memory of people with depressive disorder are described and it is logically followed by possible implications of this knowledge in psychotherapy. In the empirical part, quantitative research strategy is proposed for finding out the characteristics of autobiographical memory of people with depressive disorder using the Autobiographical Memory Test (AMT) and Beck depression inventory (BDI - II).
