Multidisciplinární tým v implementaci Center duševního zdraví

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with multidisciplinary teams of Centres of Mental Health, which are built within the implementation of the Reform of the psychiatric care system in the Czech Republic. One of the aims of this work is to find out the role of Centres of Mental Health and their multidisciplinary teams in the system of care for people with mental illness. The thesis also aims to find out how this new element of psychiatric care system in the Czech republic works in practice. The implementation and functioning of multidisciplinary teams are viewed from the perspective of their members, with whom seven interviews were conducted. Based on the testimonies of the interviewees, the theses presents the benefits of working in a multidisciplinary team with a target group of people with mental illnesses. In addition to the benefits of working in such teams, also the complications, which the staff experiences are discussed.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá multidisciplinárními týmy Center duševního zdraví, která jsou budována v rámci implementace Reformy psychiatrické péče v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je role a funkce Center duševního zdraví a jejich multidisciplinárních týmů v systému péče o osoby s duševním onemocněním a jak tento nový prvek psychiatrické péče funguje v praxi. Na implementaci a fungování multidisciplinárních týmů je nahlíženo perspektivou jejich členů, se kterými bylo v rámci výzkumu uskutečněno sedm polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základně výpovědí dotazovaných práce předkládá výhody práce v multidisciplinárním týmu s cílovou skupinou lidí s duševním onemocněním, ale rovněž komplikace, které pracovníci v pilotním provozu Center duševního zdraví pociťují.
