Odborný konzultant: Mgr. Dana Vlášková Oponent práce: Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se dehiscentní mediální sternotomie po kardiochirurgické operaci. V teoretické části v první kapitole popisuji kardiochirurgii, slavné osobnosti a vybrané operace. Ve druhé kapitole píši o hojení ran, jakými stádii rána prochází a jaké jsou komplikace. Tuto kapitolu uzavírám nutriční podporou pacienta v průběhu hojení ran. V poslední kapitole se zabývám hlavním tématem, a to podtlakovou terapií. Nejdříve píši o principech, dělení a o materiálu určeného k této terapii. Také se zaměřuji na specifika podtlakové terapie v kardiochirurgii a na práci sestry v průběhu ní. Tuto kapitolu uzavírám tématem týkajícím se dosavadních poznatků v této terapii. V empirické části zjišťuji dotazníkovou formou u pacientů s dehiscentní sternotomií a u sester pracujících na...

The aim of the theoretical part was to describe cardiac surgery in general, selected operations and some famous personalities connected with cardiac surgery. Second chapter is focused on wound healing, stages of wound, what are the complications associated with cardiac surgeries and nutritional support of the patient during wound healing. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the problematics of vacuum therapy, its principles, different ways of the therapy and material which is needed.
