Léčebné přístupy k závislosti na alkoholu v průběhu století - komparační studie Velkých Kunčic a Apolináře

Abstract

Východiska: Léčba závislosti na alkoholu dosáhla úrovně, kdy je potřeba instituce, která tuto léčbu zastřeší, definuje, zrealizuje a analyzuje její výsledky. Přes potřebu sledování trendů také nutné již vytvořeným pravidlům, abychom neztratili výsledky již získaných činností v oblasti léčby. Cíl: Komparace vývoje léčebných přístupů k závislosti na alkoholu v průběhu století, a to konkrétně léčebnými přístupy P. Bedřicha Konaříka, které up léčebně Velké Kunčice, a léčebnými přístupy v léčebně u Apolináře v době působení lékaře Jaroslava Skály. Analýza byla provedena ve formátu jednoduché historické komparace institucí, kdy byla provedena identifikace historických pramenů a základní review dokumentů. Došlo jejich vyhledání pomocí portálů Národního muzea a jednotlivých oblastních archivů. Byla provedena systematická rešerše materiálů, která se k daným léčebným zařízením a jejich osobnostem vztahuje. Po provedené rešerši bylo následně provedeno vyhledání těchto dokumentů a jejich fixace pomocí technických prostředků, datové setřídění a jejich obsahová kvalitativní analýza. Pro dosažení cíle byly využity metody deskripce jednotlivých aspektů a komparační analýza. Background: The treatment of the alcohol addiction has achieved a level where there is needed an institution that will control its treatment, define it, process it and evaluate its outputs. Although it is necessary to follow new trends it is also necessary to use already defined sets of rules so that the previous results obtained during the treatments activities are not lost. Aim: To compare development in the treatment approaches of the alcohol addiction during the century focused on treatment approaches of the P. Bderich Konarik, which were used in the Velke Kuncice facility and with the treatment approach of the Apolinar facility during the Jaroslav Skala's leadership period in the facility. Methods: The analysis was processed in the format of a simple historic comparation of the institutions where there was carried out indentification of the historic information and a basic review of the documents. They were found using the National museum interfaces and the local areal archives. A systematic evaluation of the information connected with the treatment facilities and their staff was processed. After this evaluation the documents on the topic were found ad they were fixed using the technical means ; they were sorted and a their content and quantitative analysis was carried out.
