Využitelnost koučování v sociální práci

Abstract

(česky) Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem koučování a jeho možnostmi využití v sociální práci. Celá práce je zaměřena pouze na mikroúroveň sociální práce, proto je pracováno pouze s metodami práce s jednotlivcem. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která především definuje pojmy přímo související s tématem. Na základě takto zpracovaného je porovnána jejich podobnost. Druhá část - praktická část - práce byla realizována prostřednictvím rozhovorů pomocí návodu s respondenty z oblasti koučování, s respondenty z oblasti sociální práce i s respondenty, u kterých se tato témata potkávají obě. Respondentům byly pokládány otázky ve znění, které koresponduje s jejich prací, tzn. že otázky pro kouče měli upravené znění, tak, by se ptali po podstatě práce s klientem při koučování. Stejně tak pro respondenty z oblasti sociální práci bylo znění otázek přizpůsobeno. Na základě vyhodnocení těchto rozhovorů byla nejen potvrzena podobnost obou oblastí, ale mohly být také přesněji specifikovány podmínky, za kterých je možné koučování v sociální práci využít. (anglicky): The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of coaching and its possibilities for using in social work. All the work is focused only on the micro level of social work, so it is working with methods of working with the individual. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which mainly defines concepts directly related to the topic. Then their similarity is compared in accordance with chapters before. The second part - the practical part - was go through with interviews with the coaching respondents, the social work respondents and the respondents, both of whom meet these themes. Respondents were asked questions in the wording that corresponds to their work, that questions for respondents in the field of coaches had a modified wording, so they would ask about the essence of working with the client in coaching. Similarly, for the respondents in the field of social work the wording of the questions was adapted. Based on the evaluation of these interviews, not only the similarity of the two areas was confirmed but also the conditions under which coaching in social work could be used.
