Kyberstalking

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on cyberstalking, its victims and offenders. The purpose of this thesis is mapping of this criminal offence from the psychological point of view and from the law point of view as well. First part is aimed on characterisation of stalking, its manifestation and history followed by cyberspace theme and its specifics. Introduction the manifestation of cyberstalking, the typical victims, offenders and the impact on victims is the main part of the thesis. Last part is focused on introduction of cyberstalking in the law. Proposal od practical part is focused on qualitative research into the behaviour of victims on the internet and impact of cyberstalking on victims.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kyberstalkingem, jeho obětmi a pachateli. Cílem této práce je zmapovat tento trestný čin z psychologického pohledu, avšak není vynechán ani pohled právní, který je pro definici kyberstalkingu důležitý. části práce charakterizujeme stalking, jeho projevy a historii. Dále se budeme krátce věnovat kyberprostoru a jeho specifikům. V hlavní části představíme projevy kyberstalkingu, typické oběti a pachatele a dopady kyberstalkingu na oběti. Nakonec uvedeme ávní zakotvení tohoto trestného činu. Návrh výzkumného šetření se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu chování obětí na internetu a dopadům kyberstalkingu.
