Leadership Leadership v bojových jednotkách pozemních sil profesionální armády

Heřman, O. (2018). Leadership in the Combat Units of the Land Forces of the Professional Army. Prague: Charles University. This thesis deals with the phenomenon of leadership in the professional army, concretely in the combat units of the land forces. The literature review part defines the terms "leadership" and "command", describes the specifics of military leadership, characterizes its various theoretical conceptions (particularly charismatic, transformational, spiritual and servant) and investigates effective command style in combat units. Based on the analysis of existing research and expert literature, it further lists the overview of selected personality traits and activities of commander, which are from the view of following soldiers important for the efficiency of his command. As a research project for mapping the determinants of effective leadership at commanders of combat units a qualitative questionnaire is suggested, consisting of open questions and assigned to the soldiers of combat units of land forces. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem leadershipu v profesionální armádě, konkrétně v bojových jednotkách pozemních sil. Literárně přehledová část vymezuje pojmy "leadership" a "velení", popisuje specifika vojenského leadershipu, charakterizuje různá jeho teoretická pojetí (zejména charizmatické, transformační, spirituální a služebnické) a rozebírá efektivní styl velení v bojových jednotkách. Na základě analýzy dosavadního výzkumu a odborné literatury dále uvádí přehled vybraných osobnostních rysů a činností velitele, které jsou z pohledu následujících vojáků důležité pro účinnost jeho velení. Jako výzkumný projekt k mapování determinant efektivního leadershipu u velitelů bojových jednotek je navržen kvalitativní dotazník sestávající se z otevřených otázek, zadaný vojákům bojových jednotek pozemních sil.
