Institucionální východiska péče o týrané ženy a jejich naplňování v praxi

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the possible breakout points for women who have become victims of domestic violence. It surveys the possibilities of institutional care for these women and then submits this care to their criticism. With the help of domestic violence victims, the author tries to detect outages in the care system and explains the possible way out of this problem. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the reader familiarizes himself with the typology of domestic violence and with the basic theories in the context of which the victims of the harassment are being seen. The very merit of this work is the deep semi-structured interviews through which the author seeks after the outages of institutional care. Closer are described in the practical part. When thoroughly analysing the data obtained, the most frequent problems are encountered, not in the wording of the documents themselves, but in the meetings of workers professionally called liner officers.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnými východisky žen, které se v staly oběťmi domácího násilí. Mapuje možnosti institucionální péče o tyto ženy a následně ji podrobuje jejich kritice. Za pomoci obětí domácího násilí se autor pokouší detekovat trhliny v systému péče a nastiňuje možná východiska z tohoto problému. V teoretické části bakalářské práce poznává čtenář typologii domácího násilí a seznamuje se se základními teoriemi, v jejichž kontextu je na oběti týrání nahlíženo. Samotným meritem této práce jsou pak hloubkové polo- strukturované rozhovory, jejichž prostřednictvím autor pátrá právě po zmiňovaných nedostatcích institucionální péče. Blíže jsou popsány v praktické části. Po důkladné analýze získaných dat shledává autor nejzásadnější problém nikoli ve znění samotných dokumentů, nýbrž v jednání pracovníků odborně nazvaných jako liniový úředníci.
