Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou střelného poranění levé ruky

Abstract

Name: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a gunshot injury of the left hand. Aims: The main aim of the thesis is description of the theoretical knowledge about anatomy, kinesiology and function of the right hand. The thesis also deals with characteristics of gunshot injuries, methods of operational solutions by Kirchner wires and case study of a gunshot injury of the left hand. Methods: The bachelors' thesis is composed of the theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinesiology and function of a hand and also describes fine motor skills. The characteristics of the gunshot injuries and Kirchner wires is also covered in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with a case study of the patient, initial kinesiological analysis, therapies, output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. The data for the special part of the thesis were obtained in Regional hospital in Kladno between the 15th January 2018 do 9th February 2018. Keywords: Physiotherapy, case study, grip, gunshot injury

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou střelného poranění levé ruky. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je popsání teoretických poznatků o anatomii, kineziologii a funkci ruky, charakteristika střelných poranění, metody operativního řešení Kirschnerovými dráty a kazuistika pacienta se střelným poraněním levé ruky. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a speciální. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií, kineziologií, funkcí rukya jemnou motorikou a popisuje střelná poranění a charakterizuje Kirschnerovy dráty. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice pacienta, vstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru, terapiím, výstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části bakalářské práce byly získány v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v termínu od 15. 1. 2018 do 9. 2. 2018. Klíčová slova: fyzioterapie, kazuistika, úchop, průstřel
