Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou roztroušená mozkomíšní skleróza

Abstract

Name: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis Summary: Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of multiple sclerosis, when the main aim of this work is to precisely introduce and reveal the run of this disease. The theoretical part consists of the definition of the disease, specifics of etiology, symptoms, run and possible treatments. Single treatment methods are aimed on patient's perception of his/her body or single stimulations with his/her own senses. The inseparable part of the therapy is the mental condition of the patient. The practical part considers case report of patient L. S. involving incoming assessment, description of chosen single therapies, out coming assessment, evaluation of the treatment at the end of the therapy and conclusion. The undividable part of the work is the proposal of long and short-term plan of therapy. Key words: multiple sclerosis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, relapse, remission, paresis, myelin

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou roztroušená mozkomíšní skleróza Souhrn: Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice roztroušené mozkomíšní sklerózy, kdy základním cílem této práce je podrobné přiblížení podoby a průběhu tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí onemocnění, konkrétní etiopatogenezí, symptomatologií, průběhem a možnými způsoby léčebné terapie. Jednotlivé terapie v této práci jsou cíleny spíše na pacientovo vnímání vlastního těla a jednotlivých podnětů vlastními smysly. Za neoddělitelnou složku terapie lze též považovat psychiku pacienta. Část praktická se skládá z kazuistiky pacienta L. S. s diagnózou roztroušené mozkomíšní sklerózy, počínaje vstupním kineziologickým rozborem, popisem vybraných jednotlivých terapií po 3 týdny, výstupním kineziologickým rozborem, zhodnocením efektu terapie a závěrem.
