Abstract

Title Case study of physical therapy management of a patient with systemic scleroderma Summary The topic of this work is progressive disease called Systemic scleroderma. For this disease are typical fibrotic changes in connective tissue such as are in skin and in some organs. The first part of the work summarizes information about this disease. The second part of this work contains case study of physical management of a patient with this diagnosis. The case study includes initial examination, suggestion of therapies and implementation. After this part is a final examination. At the end of the second part is an evaluation of performed therapies. Results At the end of therapies there was an improvement in patient's health. Název Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou systémová sklerodermie Shrnutí Práce se zaměřuje na progresivní onemocnění Systémová sklerodermie, které se projevuje fibrotizací pojivových tkání jak kůže, tak i některých vnitřních orgánů. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky onemocnění. Druhá část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou difúzní systémová sklerodermie. V rámci kazuistiky je vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, návrh terapií spolu s jejich provedením, na které navazuje výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Praktická část je zakončena zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledek Na konci terapií vytvořených na základě vstupního kineziologického vyšetření, došlo ke zlepšení stavu pacienta.
