První kapitola sumarizuje předehru k tomuto dějinnému období, čímž byly více než čtyři desetiletí francouzsko-německých poválečných vztahů. Další kapitola zkoumá zahraničně politické aktivity prezidenta Mitterranda a francouzské diplomacie ve vztahu k Německu v období 1989-1990. | dc.description.abstract | The rigorous thesis "France and the unification of Germany (1989-1990)" deals with the influence of French politics on German reunification in 1989-1990. The first chapter summarises the prologue to this historical period which were more than forty years of French-German post-war relations. The next chapter examines President Mitterranďs and French diplomacy's activities in foreign politics related to Germany in 1989-1990.
