Spolupráce Policie ČR a organizací občanského sektoru v prevenci a řešení domácího násilí

Abstract

Domestic violence represents a societal problem that needs to be tackled at all levels. In the prevention and subsequent resolution of these issues are involved many actors including the state security component, i.e. the Police of the Czech Republic, as well as the civil sector organizations. In practice, however, it is becoming more and more common that the work of police officers and organizations staff is very often linked within the framework of the monitored issue, which often requires some degree of cooperation between the two, in many ways different, actors. This diploma thesis is already working with the assumption that there is already some form of cooperation among the actors involved. The main aim of the work, however, is to find out what form this collaboration has. The uniqueness of the research, based on semi-structured interviews, consists mainly of the views of both parties, both representatives of the Police of Czech Republic and employees of civil society organizations which are dealing with domestic violence issues. Domácí násilí představuje celospolečenský problém, který je třeba řešit na všech možných úrovních. Do prevence a následného řešení této problematiky se tak v současnosti zapojuje celá řada aktérů, mezi něž patří i bezpečnostní složka státu, tedy Policie České republiky a také organizace občanského sektoru. V praxi se však stále častěji ukazuje, že právě v rámci sledované problematiky se práce policistů a pracovníků OOS velmi často propojuje, což mnohdy vyžaduje určitou míru spolupráce mezi těmito dvěma, v mnoha směrech odlišnými, aktéry. Tato diplomová práce tedy již pracuje s předpokladem, že mezi sledovanými aktéry již určitá míra spolupráce funguje. Hlavním cílem práce, je však zjistit, jaká je podoba této spolupráce. Jedinečnost výzkumu, který vychází z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů pak spočívá zejména v tom, že jsou v něm zahrnuty pohledy obou stran, tedy jak zástupců policie ČR, tak pracovníků organizací občanského sektoru, zabývajících se problematikou domácího násilí.
