Pohled cizinců na severoalbánské horské kmeny na přelomu 19. a 20. století

Abstract

(česky) Práce se zabývá analýzou pohledu cizinců (tedy cestovatelů, etnografů, a dalších osob) na situaci, život a zvyky severoalbánských horských kmenů na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Pro získání přehledu o dané látce a určení konkrétních pohledů zmiňovaných autorů je v jejím rámci do maximální možné míry využito jimi sepsaných dobových zdrojů (cestopisů i odborných prací), které podávají svědectví o životě, zvycích a pozici severoalbánských kmenů v daném období. Práce tak představuje stěžejní fenomény týkající se tématu a ukazuje, o kterých z nich bylo ze strany zmiňovaných cizinců referováno a jakým způsobem.

(in English): The thesis concentrates on an analysis of how foreigners (travellers, ethnographers and other subjects) perceived the situation, life and customs of the northern Albanian mountain tribes on the verge of 19th and 20th century. In order to create a sufficient overview of the topic, contemporary sources are used to maximum extent, primarily those written by the forementioned subjects (travelogues, scientific works), which bear witness to the life, customs and position of the tribes during the period, are used to maximum extent. The thesis presents the core phenomena connected to the topic and shows, which ones were reffered to by the foreigners and in which way.
