Obce v okolí dálnice D11: detekce souvislostí mezi socioekonomickými změnami a otevřením nového dálničního úseku

Abstract

Výzkumná práce představuje analýzu změn, která nastala v obcích v okolí dálnice D11 poté, co byl na konci roku 2006 otevřen nový úsek, který dálnici rozšířil o 45 km a její celkovou délku tak zdvojnásobil. Nový úsek na sebe převzal dopravní zátěž původních hlavních tahů směřujících z východních Čech do Prahy a řada obcí, které původně ležely na nevýznamných lokálních trasách, skokově zlepšila svoji dopravní polohu a expozici vůči hlavním střediskům rozvoje. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry lze detekované změny ve zkoumaném prostoru dát do souvislosti s otevřením nového úseku dálnice. Zkoumány jsou změny ve vzniku a zániku ekonomických subjektů, a to s rozlišením dle odvětví a velikostní kategorie, změny v přírůstku obyvatel stěhováním a změny ve vyjížďce do hlavních středisek. Získaná data jsou transformována do podoby hodnocených indikátorů takovým způsobem, aby minimalizovala dopad externích vlivů, se kterými je v rámci výzkumu nutno počítat. Hodnocení probíhá pomocí deskriptivní analýzy, metody Difference in Differences a dalších statistických analýz. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že lze určité projevy dát do souvislosti s otevřením dálnice, neboť změny v jejich intenzitě jsou nejvyšší ve skupinách obcí, které se nachází nejblíže dálnici, a s rostoucí vzdáleností od dálnice tato intenzita klesá....

Research thesis presents an analysis of changes that occurred in municipalities around the motorway D11, after there was opened a new section of motorway at the end of the year 2006, which extended the motorway about 45 km and its total length doubled. New section took over the traffic load from the original main routes heading from eastern Bohemia to Prague and a number of municipalities, which originally lay on unimportant local routes, improve abruptly their traffic location and exposure to the main centres of development. The aim of the work is to determine the extent to which the detected changes in assessed region can be put in connection with the opening of the new motorway section. The changes in the births and deaths of the economic subjects, with a resolution by industry and size category, changes in population growth by migration and changes in the ride to the main centres are examined. The obtained data are transformed into assessed indicators in such a way to minimize the impact of external influences, which needs to be counted with within the research.
