Abstract

Název: Technická vyspělost reprezentanta v kickboxu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit úroveň technické vyspělosti u každého dospělého reprezentanta v kickboxu, ať už se věnuje polokontaktním či plnokontaktním disciplínám. Dalším cílem je srovnávání třech pohledů na technickou vyspělost každého reprezentanta a to podle samotného reprezentanta a dvou státních trenérů. A následně porovnat reprezentanty polokontaktních disciplín s reprezentanty plnokontaktních disciplín ve vybraných technikách úderů a kopů. Na závěr bude zjištěno, jak vidí svoji technickou vyspělost muži a jak ženy. Metody: V mé práci jsem použila metodu analýzy a metodu komparace. Metodu analýzy jsem aplikovala při rozboru a popisu individuální technické přípravy každého reprezentanta. Informace o technické vyspělosti jsem získala na základě dotazníku. Metodu komparace jsem využila v části porovnávání nejprve samotného reprezentanta a názorů dvou státních trenérů. Poté ve srovnání reprezentantů polokontaktních disciplín a reprezentantů plnokontaktních disciplín v technikách úderů a kopů. A na závěr stejnou metodou bude zjištěno, jak vidí svoji technickou vyspělost muži a jak ženy. Výsledky: - V hodnocení úderů se probandi hodnotili lépe než státní trenéři - Naopak v hodnocení kopů se probandi ohodnotili hůře než státní trenéři...

Title: Technical maturity of a kickbox representative Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to determine the level of technical maturity of each adult kickbox representative, whether it is dedicated to semi-contact or full-contact disciplines. Another objective is to compare three views on the technical maturity of each representative, according to the representative himself and two state coaches. Then to compare representatives of semi-contact disciplines with representatives of full-contact disciplines in selected techniques of strikes and kicks.
