Analýza pozice Evropské komise po prvním východním rozšíření v interinstitucionálním kontextu

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the European Commission's position after the first Eastern enlargement in 2004 within the inter-institutional framework. The thesis analyses relations between the Commission, the Council and the European Parliament, providing a comprehensive assessment of the legislative co-decision procedure as well as raising questions about the Commission's new position. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí Evropské komise ve vztahu k Radě a Evropskému parlamentu, zejména její rolí v rámci procedury spolurozhodování po prvním východním rozšíření v roce 2004. V práci jsou rozebrány poznatky z dosavadních výzkumů, jakož i zpracovaní vlastní kvantitativní analýzy komparativní metodou.
