Komentovaný překlad: Warum man im Auto nicht Wagner hören sollte: Musik und Gehirn

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to offer a functionally equivalent translation of selected chapters of the book Warum man im Auto nicht Wagner hören sollte: Musik und Gehirn, written by Thomas Richter. The thesis is divided in two parts. The first is the actual translation of the German text into Czech. The second part consists of an analysis of the original text based on the theory of Christiane Nord in her work Textanalyse und Übersetzen (2009). It also covers the translation method, translation problems, and the typology of translation shifts. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit funkčně ekvivalentní překlad vybraných kapitol knihy Warum man im Auto nicht Wagner hören sollte: Musik und Gehirn německého autora Thomase Richtera. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část obsahuje samotný překlad německého textu do češtiny a druhá část odborný komentář, který se věnuje analýze výchozího textu vycházející z publikace Textanalyse und Übersetzen Christiane Nordové (2009), metodě překladu, překladatelským problémům a nakonec typologii výrazových posunů.
