"Tradiční" rodina a její funkce v 21. století v koncepci rodinné politiky. Případová studie: Praha a její blízké okolí

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on topic of "traditional" families and its function in 21st century in concept of family politics. Thesis tries to remind traditional families, which are not typical nowadays, however they still do exist. The aim of the thesis is to determine the stance of traditional family in scope of family politics in Czech Republic and tries to identify its possible problematic areas. The answers are sought through the connection of theoretical parts that include division of families, women and gender and also family politics in Czech Republic in relation to traditional families and, last but not least, with the help of qualitative thematic analysis of conducted conversations. The thesis proofs that family politics in Czech Republic is not inclined to those families, on the other hand, families themselves does not find a problem there and are fully reconciled with it. It also defines three main problematic areas concerning disrespect in society role, financial difficulties and rising of children itself. Positive finding is that the problematic areas are not in the way of traditional families that would force them to choose for another family model.

Práce se snaží p ipomenout tradi ní rodiny, které dnes již nepat í k typickým formám, ale stále se s nimi m žeme setkat. Cílem práce je ur it postavení tradi ní rodiny v rámci rodinné politiky v eské republice a následn se snaží identifikovat její možné problémové oblasti. Odpov di v práci jsou hledány pomocí propojení jak teoretických ástí, které obsahují rozd lení rodin, žen i genderu, tak rovn ž i rodinné politiky v eské republice ve vztahu k tradi ním rodinám a v neposlední ad i za pomoci kvalitativní tematické analýzy provedených rozhovor . Práce dokazuje, že rodinná politika v eské republice t mto rodinám není naklon na, na druhou stranu v tom samotné rodiny neshledávají problém a jsou s tím pln smí eny. Zárove objevuje t i hlavní problémové oblasti, které se týkají neúcty ve spole enském postavení, finan ních obtížností a samotné výchovy d tí. Pozitivním zjišt ním m žeme shledávat to, že problémové oblasti tradi ním rodinám nestojí v cest , aby se kv li n kterému z problém museli rozhodnout pro jiný model rodiny.
