Ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s diagnózou Uterus myomatosus

Abstract

Téma práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s diagnózou Uterus myomatosus. Považuji zvolené téma je velmi aktuální, neboť počet operací, konkrétně hysterektomií, pro myomatózní dělohu, je stále na nejvyšším místě v tabulkách, jak vyplývá ze statistiky Registru Komplikací gynekologické laparoskopie. Myomy jsou nádory hormonálně závislé na estrogenech a může jimi onemocnět každá čtvrtá žena v produktivním věku, a to nejčastěji kolem 40. roku života. Cílem práce na základě konkrétní případové studie jedné pacientky byla analýza péče o pacientku na gynekologickém oddělení, která měla podstoupit plánované odstranění dělohy laparoskopicky asistovanou vaginální hysterektomií. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je edukace těchto pacientek v rámci hospitalizace na gynekologickém oddělení, konkrétně před a po operaci. Metodou mé práce je případová studie, realizovaná kazuistikou, u pacientky na gynekologickém oddělení v nemocnici okresního typu. Informace k vypracování bakalářské práce byly čerpány z literatury, odborných českých i zahraničních článků, dále formou rozhovoru s pacientkou a zdravotnickým týmem, který se na léčbě účastnil a také z dokumentace pacientky. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the nursing process of a patient diagnosed Uterus myomatosus. The chosen theme seems to be a truly current issue as the number of operations, particularly hysterectomy due to Uterus myomatosus, is on the top chart position (due to statistics of Registr komplikací gynekologické laparoskopie). Myomas are tumors hormonally connected with estrogenes. They are significant for every fourth woman in her productive age, most common at about 40 years of age. The goal of thesis is based on a specific case study of a patient of department of gynecology, who was supposed to have her uterus removed through laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Furthermore I wanted to inspect what is the education of such patients in terms of their stay at department of gynecology, particularly before and after the operation. The methods I used were: case study, casuistry of a patient of department of gynecology of a regional hospital. The sources of information were literature, professional Czech as well as foreign articles, interviews with the patient and the nursing staff and the patient's records.
