Abstract

Adrian Nahálka Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Využití motodlahy v rámci fyzioterapie u pacientů po zlomeninách v oblasti horního konce pažní kosti Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím motodlahy v rámci fyzioterapie u pacientů po zlomeninách v oblasti proximálního humeru a zjišťuje, jaký to má vliv na rozsah aktivního a pasivního pohybu v ramenním kloubu a na svalovou sílu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je stručně popsán ramenní kloub jak z anatomického hlediska, tak i jeho kineziologie. Další kapitola obsahuje základní definici zlomenin a jejich rozdělení z různých hledisek. Část věnovaná zlomeninám proximálního humeru obsahuje jejich klasifikaci, diagnostiku, možnosti konzervativní a operační léčby a komplikace, které se mohou vyskytnout. Dále se nachází kapitola, která se podrobněji věnuje fyzioterapii po zlomeninách proximálního humeru. V závěrečné části je popsaná historie vzniku motodlahy, indikace k použití a účinky. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky dvou pacientek po operačně řešených zlomeninách proximálního humeru. V diskuzi jsou shrnuté výsledky, které byly dosažené v rámci terapií. Adrian Nahálka Oponent: Title of bacherol thesis: Physiotherapy using continuous passive motion for patients after upper end of humerus fracture Abstract: This thesis focuses on the use of continuous passive motion in physiotherapy for patients with fractured proximal humerus and studies the spectrum of active and passive shoulder joint movement and its muscle power. This publication is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of the brief definition of shoulder joint from anatomical as well as kinesiological point of view. Another chapter describes main definitions of fractures and other divisions. The next part about fractured proximal humerus obtain its classification, diagnosis, therapy options and possible complications. The following chapter deals with physiotherapy itself after the fractured proximal humerus. The last part describes the history of continuos passive motion and its uses and the results. The practical part describes a case study of two patients after the operation of fractured proximal humerus. In discussion, there are findings which were concluded as a result of physiotherapy.
