Dobrovolnictví v terénní práci s uživateli drog - návrh koncepce dobrovolnictví k akreditaci Streetwork.

Abstract

Hlavním tématem práce je vytvoření koncepce dobrovolnictví v sekci Streetwork, která poskytuje služby terciární prevence pro uživatele drog, terénní programy. První oddíl se zabývá obecně fenoménem dobrovolnictví v ČR, včetně krátké historie, motivů k dobrovolné práci a legislativního rámce, podrobně se soustřeďuje na možnosti a podmínky akreditace a v závěru uvádí teoretický podklad pro supervizi dobrovolníků. Druhý oddíl je nástinem služeb, které v rámci dané organizace dobrovolníci vykonávají, a to od obecných informací o terénní práci až k podrobnému popisu služeb v dané organizaci. Třetí oddíl je věnován tvorbě koncepce dobrovolnictví v sekci Streetwork v dané organizaci. Kapitola 1 - 3 se věnuje postupnému vymezeni cíle práce, užitým metodám, tedy šetření ohledně názorů na dobrovolnictví v celé organizaci a diagnostice sekce Streetwork. V kapitolách 4 - 6 jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření a doporučení k tvorbě koncepce dobrovolnictví. V závěrečné kapitole je představen návrh koncepce dobrovolnictví v sekci Streetwork, který se opírá o všechna předchozí zjištění a diskusi.

Main topic of this diploma thesis is a creation of conception of volunteerism in the section Streetwork, which provides services of tertiary prevention for drug consumers, field programs. First section deals generally with the phenomena of volunteerism in Czech Republic. There are briefly described history, motives for volunteer work and legislative framework. This part of work is in detail focused on possibilities and conditions of accreditation. In the end of this section, there is mentioned a theoretical basis of supervision of volunteers. Second section called "Terénní programy" provides a view of services, which volunteers in the particular organization perform. We can find here general information about field work but also a detailed description of services in the organization. Third section is devoted to the creation of volunteer conception in the section Streetwork in the particular organization. Chapters 1 - 3 are focused on a gradual specification of the work target, used methods, i.e. on the enquiry of opinions on volunteerism in the whole organization, and diagnostic of the section Streetwork. In the chapters 4 - 6, there are mentioned results of the enquiry and recommendations to the creation of volunteer conception.
