Předkládaná práce se snaží přiblížit široké veřejnosti život migrantů, kteří přišli žít do nového prostředí, a především zachycuje pohled samotných žen-migrantek na jejich životní situaci, jak ony samy prožívaly proces migrace a jak prožívají proces integrace do české společnosti. V teoretické části se zabývá fenoménem vztahových rolí, migrace a krátkým diskurzem do historie migrace ve světě a v ČR. Nabízí informace o dvou národnostech, které se podílejí na kulturní pluralitě České republiky, Čečenska a Běloruska. V praktické části prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu analyzuje rozhovory se šesti ženami, rovnoměrně zastoupené těmito dvěma národnostmi. Cílem této práce a především kvalitativního výzkumu je snaha o náhled na individuální život jednotlivých rodin a o osobní výpovědi, které pomohou ostatním lidem odkrýt jejich životy, těžkosti a radosti. Zároveň práce uvádí praktická doporučení pro sociální práci s migranty.
The presented thesis aims to bring general public to the life of migrants who come to live in a new environment and in particular captures the view of women migrants on their situation, how they experienced the migration process and how they experience the process of integration into the Czech society. In the theoretical part, the work deals with the phenomenom of relational roles, migration and a short discourse upon the migration history in the world and in the Czech Republic. It offers information about two nationalities which participate on the cultural plurality of the Czech Republic, Chechnya and Belarus. In the practical part, it analyses interviews with six women, equally represented by these two nationalities, using qualitative research. The aim of this thesis and especially of the qualitative research is the effort to see the individual lifes of respective families and to get personal testimonies that can help other people to reveal their lives, difficulties and joys. At the same time the thesis mentions practical recommendations for the social work with migrants. The presented thesis aims to bring the life of migrants closer to general public.
