Asistovaný kontakt s dětmi

Abstract

Asistovaný kontakt s dětmi Cílem této práce je popsat nový fenomén sociální práce a tj. asistovaný kontakt s dětmi. V teoretické části práce jsem se věnovala oblastem, které s asistovaným kontaktem rodiče s dítětem souvisejí a které rodiče řeší nejčastěji. Věnovala jsem se definování rodičovské odpovědnosti a zájmu dítěte, které se jsou popsány v legislativě nebo v úmluvách. V návaznosti na to jsem se zaměřila na rozvod, a jaké obranné mechanismy může mít dítě na rozpad rodiny a jak je schopné se tomu přizpůsobit. Také co může nastat, pokud je dítěti odepřeno vídat se s druhým rodičem po rozpadu rodiny, je zde popsán syndrom zavrženého rodiče, který s tímto tématem souvisí. Dále je popsáno, jaké jsou možnosti řešení problematického kontaktu rodiče s dítětem (dohoda rodičů, rozhodnutí soudu a rodinná mediace). Dále je definovaný asistovaný kontakt. Za jakých okolností k němu dochází, jaké jsou jeho druhy, funkce a jeho průběh. Dále jsou uvedené příklady organizací, které se zabývají asistovaným kontaktem. Možné příklady řešení problematického vztahu mezi rodiči, které fungují v zahraničí. V praktické části jsem provedla průzkum metodou anonymního dotazníkového šetření, kde jsem zmapovala názor odborníků, kteří jsou přítomni u asistovaného kontaktu na to, jak probíhá asistovaný kontakt, jaké služby nabízejí,...

1 Summary Assisted contact with children The aim of my thesis is to describe the new phenomenon of social work i.e an assisted contact with children. In the theoretical part I focused on areas that are connected with parent-child assisted contact, and that parents solve the most often. I gave a definition of parental responsibility and interests of the child, which are described in legislation or conventions. In relation to this, I focused on divorce, and what defense mechanisms can a child have on the disintegration of the family, and how it is able to come to terms with this new reality. Also, what may happen if the child is refused to see the other parent after the divorce. I described parental alienation syndrome, which is related to this topic. Furthermore, I described the possibilities of solving problematic parent-child contact (parents agreement, court rulings and family mediation). I also defined assisted contact. Under what circumstances it occurs, what are its types, functions and its development. Following are examples of organizations dealing with assisted contact. Possible examples of solutions of problematic relationship between the parents that were implemented successfully abroad. In the practical part, I conducted a survey using an anonymous questionnaire.
