Spolupráce státu a OOS na programu MEDEVAC

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the possible cooperation between the state and NGOs on the program of medical evacuation MEDEVAC during last three years. The aim of this study is to bring a coherent view on the MEDEVAC program and mainly to look into a relation between the state and NGOs which provide services to the state so they play irreplaceable role in this interaction, all through the analysis of interview with particular representatives. The discovered findings from the research and evaluated achieved aims are placed in the conclusion of the thesis.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá formami spolupráce mezi státem a organizacemi občanské společnosti na programu humanitárních evakuací MEDEVAC během let 2013-2015. Cílem předloženého výzkumu, který je součástí této diplomové práce, je podat ucelený pohled na program MEDEVAC a především nahlédnout na vztah, který vzniká mezi státem realizujícím tento program s OOS, které mu v rámci tohoto programu poskytují své služby a sehrávají tak nezastupitelnou roli. Učinila jsem tak primárně prostřednictvím analýzy rozhovorů s jednotlivými zástupci státních organizací a OOS. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a zhodnoceny výsledky dosažené během programu.
