Důsledky legalizace prostituce ve Spolkové republice Německo

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit souvislosti mezi legalizací prostituce a obchodováním s lidmi. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na popis důležitých pojmů. Definuji pojem obchodování s lidmi a pojem prostituce. Problematikám obchodování s lidmi a prostituce se v této části věnuji nejdříve z pohledu České republiky, následně z pohledu Spolkové republiky Německo. V empirické části se pomocí šetření mezi sociálními pracovnicemi v Německu pokouším odpovědět především na otázku, zda legalizací prostituce v Německu došlo k nárůstu počtu obětí obchodování s lidmi. Ve třetí části, diskusi, porovnávám zkušenosti sociálních pracovnic s poznatky získanými z odborné literatury. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The goal of this master's thesis is to understand the link between legalization of prostitution and human trafficking. The thesis is divided into three major sections. The theoretical part defines major terms, such as human trafficking and prostitution. This section also describes the issue of human trafficking and prostitution in the context of the Czech Republic and in the context of Germany. The empirical part/section is based on interviews with a number of social workers in Germany, and its primary goal is to elicit whether legalization of prostitution in Germany caused an increase in the number of victims of human trafficking. Lastly, the final part, the discussion, compares findings of interviewed social workers with findings in scientific articles. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
