Hodnocení kvality pooperační analgetické péče

Abstract

Úvod: Léčba akutní pooperační bolesti se dostává do popředí zájmu řady odborných společností. Zvýšený zájem o danou problematiku dokládá doporučení Americké algeziologické společnosti sledovat bolest jako pátou vitální funkci s cílem poukázat na význam její léčby. Logickým vyústěním tohoto trendu bylo vydání doporučení pro léčbu akutní pooperační bolesti mezi doporučenými postupy Českou společností anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny. Předložená práce je orientována na kvalitu pooperační analgetické péče po náhradách kolenního a kyčelního kloubu na vybraném pracovišti. Metody: Cílem empirického šetření bylo zjistit úroveň pooperační péče a analgezie na daném pracovišti. Zabývá se zejména otázkou bagatelizace intenzity bolesti ze strany sester, vlastním přístupem sester k pacientům s bolestí a mírou informovanosti pacientů o způsobu hodnocení intenzity a léčby bolesti. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu sleduje rozdíly ve vnímání kvality léčby pooperační bolesti z pohledu pacienta a pohledu sestry. Introduction: The acute postoperative pain management is recently a concern of many expert committees and professional associations. The evidence of an increased interest in this issue is the Practice Guidelines for Acute Pain Management released by American Pain Society. According to these recommendations, the pain should be monitored as a fifth vital function. As a logical consequence of modern trends of pain management, Czech Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine issued guidelines for acute pain management in postoperative setting.
